Profesionales de la carne S.L. (hereinafter Profecarne) is responsible for data processing on the legal basis of the data subject’s consent (art. 6.1.a).

The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to display photographs and/or the publication of names in order to provide information about the products and services offered by Profecarne.

Your data will be kept until it is no longer useful to Profecarne or the employee terminates his/her employment.

Your data will be communicated on our website, social networks, brochures or public presentations of Profecarne’s activities.

You have the recognised right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, limitation and opposition to its processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where appropriate. You may exercise your rights at profecarne@profecarne.com

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), which corresponds to you as a data subject.
