Profesionales de la carne
It is an ambitious project that was born in Zaragoza in 2004, led by a small group of workers in the meat sector, with more than twenty years of experience. From the beginning they have had customers and suppliers who have placed their trust in this team.
We currently have a human capital of more than 190 people. A turnover of almost 60 million euros and the forecast for 2024 is to exceed this figure.

Our factories
In 2009 the company moved to Villanueva de Gállego, inaugurating installations prepared to handle and transform all types of meat from the source, guaranteeing traceability and without losing its main qualities.
In 2015, 6000 metres annexed to the current plant were acquired, with the idea of building a factory for processed and pre-cooked products. The existing cutting, trimming and packaging rooms were also extended. This extension was completed in June 2017. Finally, in 2021, the new Horno Montañes factory for processed and pre-cooked products was put into operation.
Production
We can guarantee the origin of our products, thanks to the close collaboration of our supplying partners. We are always seeking to improve the quality of our products and services demanded by the market.
We currently have cutting rooms for pork, beef, sheep, poultry and offal, as well as cutting and packaging rooms, equipped with the most advanced equipment in the food industry.
Logistics
Our customers are demanding! and that is why Profesionales de la Carne has become a benchmark company in quality and service in Aragon.
Our logistics is not simply a service; it is a testimony to our commitment to excellence. By offering fast and reliable deliveries within a radius of 250 km in just 24 hours, we are pushing the boundaries and setting a standard that redefines logistical efficiency, with a fleet of more than 30 of our own vehicles, offering an exclusive capillary service.
In 2017 we opened our delegation in Tudela (NAVARRA) where we cover the provinces of Navarra, Soria and Logroño.
Our commitment to logistics efficiency has led us to take another leap forward and open a new branch in Alcañiz (TERUEL) in 2023, from where we reach the entire Maestrazgo area, as well as the provinces of Tarragona and Castellón.
The activities carried out by PROFESIONALES DE LA CARNE S.L. are carried out under the concept of total quality and food safety and commitment to environmental protection.
The Management of PROFESIONALES DE LA CARNE, S.L. takes responsibility and maintains its commitment to work under a Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 22000:2018 standard and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), in order to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
